The names provided during booking cannot be altered later on; the name of the persons who will show at the meeting point of the tour have to be the same of the ones provided during the booking process.
TO ENTER IN THE COLOSSEUM AND FORUM IS MANDATORY TO PRESENT A VALID ID OR PASSPORT OF ALL THE VISITORS, ADULTS AND UNDER 18 (also a picture of the id/passport is accepted). The names on the passport or ID document have to match the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
All visitors must pass through a mandatory security control which can take some time depending on the number of people visiting the monument that day. During peak times or seasons, the wait time for security checks may be significant and is UNRELATED TO THE TICKETS QUEUE.
Tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless the monument is closed by authorities for safety reasons
LATE ARRIVALS ARE CONSIDERED NO SHOW , which is NOT REFUNDABLE and also not possible to reschedule. The reservations have a specific entrance time , after that they expire and are not anymore valid. If you book a guided tour , you can only enter with the group , you cannot enter by yourself.

5.00Get Italy Tours was great and very communicative about scheduling changes due to the Colosseum unexpectedly closing early the day of our tour. We were afforded the full tour despite the last minute scheduling hiccup and massive protest unfolding throughout Rome. Anka was a pleasure to chat with and a fantastic tour guide with loads of knowledge about the Colosseum and Rome. I've been to the Colosseum before and this experience far surpassed that visit. A must do when in Rome!

5.00We ended up with a private tour with an Italian born lady that spoke very good English. She took us around and showed us everything. She was able to tell us all the history behind everything and it made the tour much faster since we didn’t have to read everything. I would suggest going with a tour guide because you are able to skip the long lines and not waste time waiting to look at or be able to read stuff. They are ache to tell you anything and get you in less busy areas to see everything you would want to see to get the pictures you would want to get. You also will learn things you won’t learn from reading any of the placards throughout the attraction. Or guide even walked us up to the Palatine Hill so we would not have to wait in line there. She didn’t have to do that since our tour was over, but it was hot and the lines were kind of long so we appreciated it.
