  Disorganised shambles. Purchased tickets in advance but still the queuing was all over the place. The app guide was terrible as you could not relate it to the map. No signage to guide you Basically all you get is loads of empty rooms with tiles on the walls and ornate ceilings. The only slot available when we went on line was 4 pm which was fine apart from when we went to get refreshment at 4.55pm the cafeteria was closed Further frustration the only part where there seemed to be interesting rooms was only accessed at extra cost. Not made clear when we booked The gardens were ok but needed a good weed. Overall very disappointing.

  Clearer information prior to attending around the need to take your own headphones/earphones would have been hugely beneficial Too many people. I get that it’s popular but the crowds impacted negatively Beautiful place

  Visit with a group of 19 people plus the guide and the truth is that everything was very simple, from the moment you arrive at the meeting place until the end of the visit, does not stop giving you detailed information about everything around us, not only the Alcazar. Luxury Service at an Affordable Price

  We visited the Alhambra in Granada with Naturanda, and our guide Miguel was fantastic — very knowledgeable and engaging. The Alhambra itself is absolutely stunning and a must-see when in Spain. It was a long day, and I only wish we had more time inside the palace, as our visit there lasted about 2.5 hours and felt a bit rushed. Overall, it’s a breathtaking site and well worth visiting!

  I could NOT download tickets. I booked hire car for visit for my family of four. Cancelled by Provider Ana S. Refund REQUEST sent. No acknowledgement so far. My Seville memories marred by Missed out Alcazar

  My worst experience. They wouldn't let me in because they didn't have my name on them when there was no name on the voucher. 30 minutes waiting for the guide 30 minutes waiting for them to solve the radioline problems he felt terrible through My friends who entered reported queues at the entrance and a large group. Choose absolutely another operator!!!!

  It was very difficult finding the spot to download the audio and get the tickets. The lady at the tour desk was very helpful and was very friendly. The audio guide worked on our phones and was well done.

  You should not miss this tour if you are in Sevilla. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Know that you must pick up your actual tickets about 6 blocks from the Alcázar about an hour before the trip. However, it is easy to find and easy to get your tickets. Download the audio app before you go to avoid delays when you get there.

  Wow! What a beautiful site and worth the admission price. The audio guide was okay but could have provided more information.
