Transfer services are available 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week.

At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Complimentary car seats available upon special request (must be requested with anticipation), subject to availability.

Approximately 24-48 hours prior to your arrival in San Juan, you will be required to reconfirm exact pickup time and place (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher). Price is per person and one-way. If your flight lands on time at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, we will ensure your timely arrival at Old San Juan Port for this transfer. 5.00The night before I got a call from the company to confirm all the details. When we arrived out driver was waiting inside by the baggage claim . Our luggage took a long time to arrive but our driver was very patient and when it did he helped bring it all to his vehicle that was parked very close to the door. Friwndly and helpful. It was a welcomed experience.

1.00The day before we were scheduled to arrive in San Juan our credit card was charged and then I received a call that the car company doesn’t go to our destination and I was required to try and get the refund myself. Stroll trying to get my refund bc there is no customer service number for viator- just direct numbers to the company who cancelled on us on such short notice.
