We had good weather for our late afternoon tour and so sat upstairs. Enjoyed going past some of the Paris icons such as the Eiffel Tower and the Notre Dame. We recommend this tour.

A gentle cruise, for about an hour, along the Seine, with clear commentary on the buildings we passed. Having inside seats was a bonus due to the weather.

Comments difficult to hear because, at each bridge crossing, a group of children screamed. What was the attendant doing? Coming from education, I find it hard to understand that one does not inculcate a minimum of respect for the other. A child with autistic features accompanied me and had great difficulty with this situation. Isn't there a Security Service on these boats? What did foreign visitors think of these French children?

Good, brief overview of Paris. Commentary wasn’t audible in the enclosed cabin, only on the upper deck - but it was cold and many people stayed inside.

One could not follow the explanations during the journey. They were hard to understand. Unfortunately there was not German at the explanations, although you could state this at the time of booking. which I did.

Previous tour canceled on us 15 min prior to tour and then would not credit back as we had to make other arrangements

We purchased the tour with commentary and the boat operator forgot to turn on the audio part until halfway through the tour. Secondly it is not done with headphones so you have to listen to the commentary in 6 or 7 languages. Not worth it!

Great cruise. It was extra special as we were on the boat at sunset so we saw the city light up. Highly recommend this cruise.
