Enjoy this morning half-day tour that will introduce you to the historical heritage of Seoul.
Visit the famous Bukchon Hanok Village(Namsangol Hanok Village on Sunday), Changdeokgung Palace (or Gyeongbokgung Palace on Monday) and Jongmyo Royal Shrine(or Insadong on Tuesday). Then make your way to Cheongha Jinseng Museum where the heaven of Jinseng for shopping.
This tour concludes at the Myeongdong area.

Bukchon Hanok Village
Bukchon as known as "the street museum in the urban core," this Hanok Village dates back to the 14th Century. Enjoy traditional house of Korea. Namsangol Hanok Village on Sunday instead
Jongmyo Shrine
Jongmyo Shrine is where the ancestral tablets of the kings and queens of the joseon Dynasty are enshrined. The Jongmyo Memorial Service has been held since the establishment of the Dynasty 600years ago commemorating the monarchs of the Dynasty. **As Jongmyo Royal Shrine is closed on Tuesday, you will visit Insadong Antique shop alley instead.

5.00Our guide Leo was very friendly and informative. During the tour, there was an issue with restricted access to Bukchon Hanok Village, but he rearrange the timing and managed to sort it out. Unfortunate that parts of the Palace and Shrine were under renovation.

3.00Dragon was an excellent host and guide. The tour was quite enjoyable up until the hard sell room at the ginseng center. If that were removed, this would be a 5-star tour.

5.00Great way to understand the history and culture of Korea, without the clouds. Beautiful and quiet tree filled areas, with well maintained restored buildings. Our guide explained the history of each site in colorful detail. We went on a Sunday morning. We had lunch at a Michelin Guide dumplings restaurant at the end. Not included in the tour.

5.00Our guide Sam was incredibly enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable about Korean history. He shared interesting anecdotes about Jongmyo shrine, the kings and their histories, and answered our numerous questions. Sam also took great photos and made sure we documented the day. We would highly recommend touring Seoul with Sam!

4.00Our tour guide was 5 stars. Park was incredibly informed, engaging and made the experience of visiting the palace enriching. However, as other reviewers have commented, the tour is extremely rushed. It’s not to the fault of the guide, as she has to time it to get you to the next part of the tour when that starts. But there was no time, even a few minutes, to take in what you just learned about the palace.
