A very informative and interesting tour with an archeologist who gave us an In- depth facts of the site sprinkled with historical information. I would highly encourage this tour for anyone with an interest in history and Greco-Roman culture. Thank you Lello !!

There will never be enough words to explain how amazing of an experience this was. It was just me and my boyfriend on the tour and when we first got there Lello said we were his family. Throughout the tour that is exactly how we felt. We felt like we were walking through this beautiful site with our favorite uncle. He has so much passion for his job and that passion comes through in his tour. He will literally make you want to become an archeologist just to share in that passion. He was so well spoken and funny. He was by far the best guide I’ve ever had on any experience I’ve ever done. I can’t imagine coming to Pompei and not having his as my guide. He is so unbelievably good. I will recommend him and this tour to anyone and everyone that will listen.

Our guide really brought the site to life. He gave excellent insights and engaged the whole group in the experience. A single guided tour can never cover all the detail of Pompeii, but the archaeologist leading this tour gives you some of the tools required to confidently explore the rest of the park after the tour.
