There’s no better way to dive into the heart of Spanish cuisine than with an interactive cooking class. Join your chef and learn how to create authentic dishes starting from the traditional sofrito, combining fresh, high-quality ingredients to bring out the true flavors of Spain. We provide all ingredients and materials, plus refreshing homemade sangria during the class. At the end, enjoy tasting the dishes you’ve prepared, paired with up to two drinks of your choice—soft drinks, Spanish wine, or local beer. Our recipes are fully adaptable to any dietary needs—just let us know ahead of time if you require any adjustments. You’ll also receive written recipes and useful tips to help you recreate the dishes at home.

5.00Great evening of cooking and conversation, ending in a delicious meal. David, the chef instructor, was knowledgeable and great at instructing everyone in the group of 12 or so to play a role. We ended with soup, side dish, paella, and a delicious light dessert--plus sangria, of course.

5.00Loved everything about this class. We made three separate items (soup, app and paella) and learned many kitchen tips and spice recommendations. Pedro out master chef was perfect and Anna was great at everything whine the scenes. Highly recommend.
