Excellent tour and outstanding experience. Saw many humpback whales and spent as much time as possible observing whales, some very close up. Captain Mac, John and Russell were very personable and made it fun for everyone. An underwater microphone was placed In the water so we could hear the whales talking. A bald eagle was spotted and we had time to do a photo op of Mendenhall Glacier. The reservation process, communication and organization of the tour was very good and just a short distance from the cruise ship dock. This was suitable for families.

There is not a Viator Representative to start the tour. Look for the representative of the tour company operating your tour, I.e. Juneau Tours. Should have been told that. Otherwise great trip-orcas, hump backs, and sea lions, bald eagles, and salmon run during shuttle! great crew on Juneau Tours- Captain Chris, crew Ethan and Haylee!

We had an amazing experience. We saw about 7-10 whales. Our guides Ford and Ammon were so knowledgeable and made the trip very fun. The boat was newer, very clean and roomy. Our family really enjoyed this experience. The scenery was beautiful!

We had a great afternooon with our pilot Lauren and crew Nate. They were friendly, funny and encouraged our questions. And we saw 3 sets of whales spouting and waving their tales and even a young whale breach!!!! It was a spectacular show
