This was a great tour. We skipped the line. Our tour guide had lots of interesting stories and history to share about relevant artists and pieces of art. It was very educational and entertaining.

Was almost impossible to hear the guide for most of the tour as she kept holding her microphone at chest height. Was told of the issue but didn’t change anything. I personally took the earpiece off half way as it became pointless. Was good to see the key pieces of the museum but learnt more from the plinths next to them than the guide.

Alex was outstanding! She was very thoughtful and kind as we are "not young." She diverted us to elevators too. Her knowledge was exceptional. Your company should have told us that the St. Peter's was no longer part of this ticket. The office is difficult to find. Put a viator sign or folding sign in the morning/ pick up at night.

This was not the best tour I have done. One odd thing was the tour company gave a very stern instruction about arriving at 8:40am for a 9am tour. We got there at 8:30 and were told the actual tour time is 9:15am. This felt like poor form. The guide was friendly and enthusiastic, but I think shared more personal opinion on the artifacts than needed at points, and used precious time asking the group questions about topics not relevant or that had no real direction. The tour ended late and we rushed to our next appointment. The best part--this was truly a skip the line tour and we were able to cut a very long line to get in.

We has a hard time finding the mmeting place with the tour guide. It woukd helpna lot if our guide met us around the Vatican Museum instead of travellers finding your place.
