The guide was directly in front of the meeting spot as planned and walked us through exactly what to expect as far as tickets being scanned, going through security, etc. (He walked us through the process as far as he was allowed to go.) Everything was on time and easy. Even early in the morning the Vatican line was loooong so I would highly recommend this!

Good meeting point and directions and explanation by tour guide. Voucher was requested at meeting point difficult in crowd to download and not all have internet access. Should request ahead of time before meeting.

A bit of a rip off. They hand you a ticket that shows the company paid €25 for your entrance fee, while you pay more than double that to the company. If you can buy your tickets directly from Vatican or willing to stand in line, SKIP THIS and safe yourself €40,

I paid $133 for 2 Vatican Museum "skip the line" tickets. I arrived promptly at the designated time to collect my tickets and "skip the line." The employee on-site was very kind, but explained that he didn't have tickets for my wife and I even I showed him the voucher and confirmation from Viator. The rest of the group left us standing on the sidewalk in 99 degree heat in July while they skipped the line and entered the Vatican. We waited in line for an hour and were able to enter later that afternoon, but we missed a 2nd tour for that day because we didn't get to "skip the line" for our "Skip the line" premium price. The employee on-site was very apologetic and kind, but that didn't give me back the precious time in Rome. I contacted Viator to ask for a partial refund, and they refused and told me to scram.
