  The booking instructions were easy to follow, and the guide was at the meeting point exactly as explained. The guide escorted us over to the museum/sistine chapel and led us through the skip the queue line and into the building, giving clear instructions throughout. We were then led upstairs and told what to do and where to go to the entrance. We liked that it was not a guided tour, and we could go through the museums at our own pace. We bought the audio guide and meandered through all the museums and finally into the Sistine chapel. The museum/sistine chapel was amazing!!!!!

  Very convenient skip the longer line ticket. Didn't include tour, but that's what we wanted. Rifat met us at the designated spot and was very friendly and helpful in getting us through the line.

• Worth the walking

  It’s a lot of walking but well worth it. We were so lucky that St. Peter’s square was not at all crowded so we had a good view around. The Vatican Museums were really interesting but too much to take in on one visit. The Sistene Chapel was busy but we had plenty of time to sit and look at the beautiful paintings. It’s worth studying the information panels before you go in so you have a better idea of what you are looking at. The skip the line ticket was good value as it saved a lot of queuing. Davide who met us with our tickets was really informative and saved us a lot of time by explaining where everything could be found. We went at about lunchtime.

  Incredibly fast entry. Total of 6 minutes to go thru 2 x check points and being inside ready to explore at our own pace

  Viator made getting our tickets easy. When we were in the wrong place, only across the street, the viator rep tracked us down. That said, I would have been happierbto skip the Vatican museum. It was crowded and stuffy... even in Jan

  It took us a while to get to pick up the tickets and the super good guides. They helped us and talked so we could get in without problems. We were accompanied by the tour guide to the entrance where he gave us some recommendations for the visit.

  Booking said Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, but the Sistine Chapel is closed on Fridays according to the person who took us in the Vatican so we couldn’t go onto the Sistine Chapel. Was a very disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend this tour.
