2.00Make sure you meet up at the exact meeting point-your phone’s map may not be accurate. Directions on app not the same as actual location. Could be the time, as this is the Jubilee, but crowds were absolutely unbearable, making an extremely beautiful place unenjoyable. The “skip the line” is in name only; still took over an hour just to enter

It is spiritual, and Valeri has provided the most information, and insight about the Basilica. Valeri has done more than what is expected of a guide. Thank you so much for this experience.

1.00It was a terrible experience. The emails would not go through to give me a voucher. It actually ruined my visit to the Vatican. I was unable to go in and had I known it was gonna be that terrible. I would’ve planned something else. I had one day in Rome and this dominated the whole afternoon trying to get the voucher. I went ahead and waited in line and was turned away.

5.00Our tour guide, Karen, was so very accommodating to each person in our small group of eight. If anyone needed water or the restroom, there was no stress, she immediately found a solution. She is as knowledgeable historically as she is culturally and was able to connect with us all. We were a diverse group from Los angeles, Wisconsin, and Belfast. We would definitely request Karen as a tour guide in the future. Thank you for all you did, you kept us cool, and informed us about so many details that we never expected. Such a pleasure!
