5.00Chiara was a fantastic guide. She provided excellent information and moved through the crowds well. Be prepared for extremely large crowds in all areas of the Vatican. Skip the lines and tickets were fantastic. Highly recommend.

1.00The tour guide was extremely rude and was scolding the group from minute one. Even her coworkers were telling her to stop. One of my friends had to leave the tour early due to dizziness and the guide started threatening me because of the little audio guide radio they took and rightfully brought back directly to the agency before the tour was finished. After she got confirmation from the office she didn’t even apologize. And all that for 120 EUR. She also constantly shamed the people who didn’t book the extended tour by repeating that they have to leave even though they had already told her they understood. I unfortunately booked the whole thing and had to tolerate her insults until the end because of the missing radio. Which was brought within the tour.

4.00It takes longer to get to the starting point than is advised. We felt the tour pushed you through too fast, especially given the crowd size.

2.00I had booked the Spanish tour. I contacted to change this to and English speaker tour which they assured me it had been done. It showed amended on the app so I thought it was all good . Nope we had a lovely Spanish speaking guide and even though we saw a lot we couldn’t understand what she was telling us. The lady at the ticket counter was not friendly. Just make sure you book the correct tour.
