2.00It wasn’t easy finding the place that had the tickets,we had 4:30 reservations and we ended up getting in at 5:15 plus there were at least 400 people in front of us so that was skipping the line?

1.00Your guide stated that we didn’t have a ticket after getting in contact with me and giving me directions. They lied I called showed them I was there they were not they told me that my ticket was not correct so please he’ll me when will I get my refund. This was a poor excuse of a scam

5.00We met mr.Adeel Ashiq from the company City Rome Tours and he taked us throut the tourist's line in front of and we could go to the Vaticane muzeum and Sixtine Chapter immediately. It was great, bcs we don't have to wait in the line. Comunication with him and the company was clear and in time. We are very happy. All oure visit in the museum was great. Thank you very much.

1.00Don't book at tour at 5:30pm! They stop letting people in at 6pm. Nobody told us that being in line...5 feet away...doesn't guarantee you entrance. Hopefully our tour tomorrow isn't affected by King Charles being here...that is our last chance to go

5.00The gentleman that I purchased the tickets from was exceptionally helpful and expedient with correcting my mistake in booking the wrong date. I was escorted to the Vatican Museum with courtesy and care.

1.00I bought 4 skip-the-line tickets (2 adults + 2 children) via City Rome Tours to visit the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel, for a total of 260 euros, with a scheduled time of 13:00. Once at the agency to collect the tickets, I am informed without any valid explanation that our visit is postponed to 5:00 pm. In compensation, we are offered a visit to St. Peter's Basilica (normally charged 40 euros for 4). This was a welcome gesture, but insufficient in view of the inconvenience. The most unacceptable: at 17:00, despite our skip-the-line tickets at 65€ each, we had to queue for more than 1h15 before entering the museum. No skip-the-line, no priority, no added value over a standard ticket. The icing on the cake: the agency staff then insisted on leaving a very positive review online... A frustrating and disappointing experience. Unprofessional Service, Failed Organization, Misleading Performance. I strongly advise against City Rome Tours.

1.00A mess. They tell you they're gonna send you tickets 24 hours early and it's a lie. They imitate the official website. The Walker is the worst. Directly hire at agencies around that day or on official website but beware that doesn't say The Walker

2.00Got a phone call day off that they weren’t able to get tickets and the only option was a 5:30 guided tour but we could break off from the tour when we were inside. It was a bit of a nightmare and we had to rearrange all of our plans as we were only in Rome for a few days. It was a bit of a mess going in but once we were able to go off on our own it was a good experience. We found our guide at the end and gave her back our headsets as we weren’t sure what to do with them originally. She wouldn’t leave us alone for a while as she was missing another headset (5 in total and we gave her 4) but eventually we were left alone to leave. Wouldn’t really recommend, they were able to sort us out in the end but it was a lot of unnecessary stress.
