We absolutely love this experience! We booked this thinking we were going to do it on our own, but regulations changed and we had to have a tour guide, I can’t remember her name. Anyway, the short lady with curly light brown hair, was wonderful, but our host, Peter was a doll. He was so enthusiastic and welcoming, making sure we were having a good time! If you come to Rome, this is worth the trip. Don’t miss it!

Experience was fine. Locating the ticket office is challenging. They could give more details as to which direction the office is and what Signs are on the office. Addresses are hardly visible especially to first time Rome visitors.

Friendly folks from the booking agency; we got in super quickly and were able to get tickets even though they were booked out from the official website. The downside is that it was a lot more expensive than the original website, we were charged about 130 euros for two people, when on the ticket it was 58 (~29pp). Also, overall the museum and chapel were underwhelming and packed with tourists, not a very spiritual experience.

overcrowded toilets were not clean - smelled bad felt unsafe going up stairs toward sistine chapel- there should be daily limit of people touring didn’t even finish tour of vatican city -

This is a total scam! We booked this having never been to Rome. We could have paid just 40 euros to get in and instead paid quadruple the price. Do not fall for the "skip the line." You meet a a small shop near the attraction. They just print out your ticket and then tell you to wait till after the allotted time slot to be able to walk right in. You will still have to wait in line. We felt it was a total rip off.
