Very misleading, there is no tour. Sav money and purchase your ticket+skip the line ticket elsewhere. There is an audio tour for 8€ at entrance.

very helpful to have the Vatican tickets prebooked- one less long queue to wait, so definitely recommend it. Still you have to go through security check - no delays there . The City wonders representatives were on sight , just down the stairs , easy to spot them with their blue shirts and keen to assist everybody. Yet the audio guide is disappointing, not useful to navigate around . we were 5 -and none of us found it helpful

You do skip the lines, but our tour company, City Wonders, was the only company that did not walk us through the lines. They gave fast instructions on what to do and left us by ourselves. They said they were short handed and couldn't help us any more. That's not our fault, so I don't think we should be paying the same price. It's not hard to figure out, but the other companies' guides took them to the lines and made sure they got through without any guessing. Also, we bought 4 tickets, but only one person was able to connect to the audio guides. Not good

A very interesting but long route through the many museums compounded by endless queues of group tours that often stopped by exhibits and held up through traffic. Some beautiful photos of St Peter’s Square followed but none in the Sistine Chapel as cameras banned……but that didn’t stop some visitors from taking some!
