Large bags and backpacks are not allowed inside the palace.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the palace.
Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
It is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced.
Please consider that from November to March, the gardens are under seasonal maintenance.
Please note that The Water Theater is available from April 1st to October 31st, 2025.
Please remember to bring valid identification documents with you, considering monument entrances and security checks within the city.
Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
This tour offers three different options; please choose carefully! If you choose only the Palace then Gardens are not included.
• Some areas of the palace may occasionally be closed by the Versailles administration due to maintenance, but your visit will still include the highlights of the estate.

5.00I had visited before in 1976 but others had not. It was wonderful, although very very crowded. Literally elbow to elbow. The Garden tour wasn't much - basically we walked it on our own. Guide did an amazing job of navigating us through the palace. Highly recommend her - Marine B.

5.00The tour was just great! Our guide was Extraordinaire! She took her time, provided lots of details, took the beat of our 6 persons group. We loved her. And then, it was just the two of us and Our guide in the gardens for another hour. It was a fantastic walk and she brought us to two different gardens, the ones she loves.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Laura. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We booked a 2pm tour that lasted 3 hours. Be mindful that if you want to see the trianons, they closed at 5:45 so we missed seeing them.
