Large bags and backpacks are not allowed inside the palace.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the palace.
Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
It is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced.
Please consider that from November to March, the gardens are under seasonal maintenance.
Please note that The Water Theater is available from April 1st to October 31st, 2025.
Please remember to bring valid identification documents with you, considering monument entrances and security checks within the city.
Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.

5.00We really enjoyed this tour. Very low key but to the point. We got in fast and explored it with the guide. Make sure to book full experience that includes the gardens and after tour is over- stay and explore on your own. Beautiful place. Our guide was great.

5.00Incredible tour! Our guide was entertaining and knowledgeable. We had two 10-year-old girls with us, and the guide made sure to give them details that they could understand and that kept them interested.
