The highlight of my Ho Chi Minh City trip! 🌟 Kelly and Nhat were amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely safe and comfortable riding on the back of their motorbikes through the busy streets. With just 5 of us in the group, it felt intimate and personal, like exploring the city with friends. Every food stop was a gem, each dish absolutely delicious. I’d 100% do this again - it’s the best way to experience Saigon! 🍜🥢

It was an amazing experience! We were a group of 10 with children as young as 13. We laughed, joked, and feasted on our creations throughout the afternoon/evening. The great part was that the whole market and cooking experience did not feel rushed, despite the most memorable phrase being "FASTER, FASTER!" Chef Thao was full of fun energy and truly wanted to share her culture through food. Come hungry because the food portions are large! The food we made (Canh Chua Cá, Cá Kho Tộ, and Bánh Xèo) have intricate, authentic flavors, yet the instructions were easy to follow. All 3 turned out great and were surprisingly simple! Definitely one of the most memorable experiences of our Saigon trip. If you love food and cooking, be sure to set aside ample time for this full experience with Chef Thao and Alice.
