Enjoy an afternoon Wine Trail tour through North Canterbury’s Waipara Valley, visiting three boutique vineyards such as Waipara Springs, Torlesse, Pegasus Bay, or Georges Road. Each winery offers a fine selection of both white and red wines for you to taste. Over the course of the afternoon, you’ll sample at least 15 wines across a variety of grape styles.
Your experience also includes a delicious platter lunch, served at the first winery visited on the day.

Travelling north from your pick up location from Christchurch, arrive at your first stop at the beautiful Waipara Springs: one of the oldest and most popular wineries of the region. Enjoy wine tastings and a delicious pattered lunch (if option is selected - you will be here longer).

5.00A lovely way to meet interesting like-minded people from the world around the world while sampling New Zealand varieties of wine. Lunch was quite nice at our first stop. Our driver/guide Miguel was friendly and knowledgeable.

5.00Excellent experience with our guide. Stephanie was very well informed and provided us with lots of interesting and useful information about the area and wineries. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon of wine tasting, food and beautiful scenery. Can highly recommend.

5.00Stephanie, our guide for the day, was fantastic. Formerly from a vineyard in the region, she is both experienced in the location and the art of wine making. She was on time and professional as well as a great source of information. Her driving was excellent. The van provided was comfortable and well maintained. The wineries offered a good variety of tasty wines and the lunch was delectable. Thoroughly enjoyed the day out.

5.00Trip was led by local New Zealander Stephanie who brilliantly conveyed a wealth of relevant and interesting information whist conveying us out on the tour. The first wine tasting at Waipara Springs included an excellent lunch followed by two visits + tastings at two further vineyards. A most enjoyable way of spending a day and with a leisurely 12:00 meet time. Well worth booking!!!
