Cornelius led us around the most beautiful streets in the centre of York, pointing out historical, quirky details and sharing stories with the perfect mix of history, witches and humour. This was a great addition to our trip to York.

The magnificent Merlot was the most magical guide full of knowledge of the history of witches and the shambles. Very enjoyable and would highly recommend to everyone.

Wonderful tour of York and the Shambles. Our tour guide, nutmeg, I believe 🤔, gave a fantastic tour, she was fun and very informative. Would definitely recommend..

It was lovely the only downside, was tbat it isn't a ghost tour. The tour guide was lovely and freandly.

Such a nice thing to do for a first timer in York - Cornelius was so kind and made the whole experience really fun and interactive and there was only 3 of us on the tour, 10/10 would recommend x

An incredibly detailed and humorous tour of the Witches of York. Merlo was hands down the best tour guide in York that night, combining wonderful origin stories linked to witchcraft, case studies that came to life around York through superbly told stories whilst keeping very cold people hilarious entertained with quick wit, dry humour and countless laughs. If you've got an hour in the evening - do this (don't look into the devils eyes...)
