San Diego is a great city to view from the water. This particular boat was so fun to be on. It’s light weight, so it’s fast and maneuverable. Because it’s so lightweight, you don’t really need to use the motor. You really experience the sounds of the water and the peaceful feeling of zipping through the waves. Somehow it was both exhilarating and relaxing. The boat can get into narrow and shallow places other boats can’t get into. You can see so much of the bay. The sunset was gorgeous. We saw dolphins and the historic Coronado hotel. The only thing I would’ve done differently is to bring a wind resistant layer, especially for February. Captain Ryan, who has his generational roots in San Diego, knew so much about all the landmarks, nature, and history of the area. He had answers in detail to every question I asked. I have been on other sailing trips even in this area, and this is one I look forward to returning to. If you’re looking for an immersive adventure where you can experience the natural beauty of the bay and the stunning city skyline, look no further. You won’t be disappointed!

Captain Matt was fantastic! He had so many great stories about the history of the military boats that we passed on the tour and the history of the area. Would definitely recommend this as a great way to spend the evening on the water!

Absolutely amazing sunset catamaran experience! We had a great time with a fantastic captain who made the trip both fun and relaxing. The small group size made it feel peaceful and personal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable evening on the water.

This was an amazing experience, Captain Kaya was super nice and made sure that the elderly persons in the group had extra help, and the boat was perfect. It was great to actually get the boat sailing (headsail and main) as I've been on similar tours where it was mostly motoring around with edm music blasting. Well worth it, will try to book again 6/5 stars.

Captain Kaya was excellent. She guided our cruise around San Diego Bay for a beautiful sunset. The elements were not helping! We enjoyed our group of locals and travelers. I highly recommend this sunset cruise, weather permitting.

We had an amazing time with incredible use, and the Christmas holiday lights across the cityscape were incredible. Ryan was so knowledgeable and helpful. He had a great sense of humor and was very accommodating. Definitely would do this again in a heartbeat.

Sailing with Captain Matt was an amazing experience! Fun, relaxed afternoon with friends and he provided some amazing views. I wouldn’t go with anyone but Captain Matt sailing the SD bay.

This was my first experience with catamaran, it seems pretty stable on the water and is great for relaxing sailing experience. Captain Ryan seems to be lknowledgeable and experienced. He made us feel comfortable, shared some stories and bits of knowledge about sailing and San Diego. I was impressed that he actually sailed most of the time, even though the wind was pretty low. The sunset was gorgeous, and we got some beautiful shots of San Diego skyline. We passed the USS Midway museum, sailed under Coronado bridge, got to see some navy ships and military cargo plane.
