I took this class yesterday and it was so good. Our instructor was amazing and really had a lot of fun making the pasta we made linguine ravioli and homemade tiramisu and we got to eat it for lunch outside on the beautiful patio. The weather was amazing and the food was absolutely incredible and I can’t believe that we actually made it.

It was a totally enjoyable experience. Lori is a very good chef and an excellent instructor presenting with patience, humour and sense of love for what she is doing. She also gave us lots of tips on making special types of tiramisou and pasta. Tons of love and grazie mille, Lori!!

This was so much fun, start to finish! The location was easy to find and well marked. Carlotta was our chef and she was amazing! My husband & thoroughly enjoyed our evening making delicious tiramisu & pasta and then enjoying it on the outdoor patio with our newly-made friends. Everything is marked well to ensure you are served your own food when it comes time to eat. It was our favorite evening during our stay in Rome! Highly recommend!

Carlotta was our teacher, and she was absolutely made for this role. She was fun, understandable, clear, and engaging. We learned a lot, had a great time, and ate some great food that we made. Would recommend.

It was fun making our own pasta and I’ve never liked Tiramisu—until this class. Furio our chef was nice and entertaining. The end product was very tasty. It wasn’t as in depth as some other classes we’ve taken but it was good.
