I would be delighted if you would join me for a fun afternoon of baking and afternoon tea. We’ll begin by making fresh, buttery scones from scratch. While they bake, we’ll prepare classic cucumber sandwiches and chat about the history and quirks of British teatime traditions. We will then enjoy the fruits of our labour over afternoon tea with a slice of home made cake. Hosting and sharing food with others has always been a passion of mine, I am now training to be a chef and hope you will enjoy this experience. This is a relaxed, hands-on class — you don’t need to be a baker! What is included: Hands-on baking session (no experience needed!) Traditional scones, cucumber sandwiches, and homemade cake Plenty of English tea Recipes and stories to take home Max 8 people Duration 2 hours - 2.30-4.30pm - please get in touch if you have a preferred time.

5.00Olivia was very friendly and her home was lovely and beautiful. There were two more ladies we met and it was perfect afternoon, making scones and cucumber sandwiches together. Olivia baked her lemon drizzle in advance and it was super delicious too! Definitely recommend it if you want to try something different and relaxing in a small group. Even if you’re not a fluent English speaker, you will have a great time. Thank you so much for having us.😊
