  Our adventurous journey took us to incredible sights: a baby elephant drinking from the river, giraffes strolling under the sunset, zebras risking their lives to cross the river, and the thrilling moments of lions hunting at night. Our guide, James, was exceptional at finding the perfect spots to view the animals and knowing the best angles for photos. He took such great care of us, making sure we didn’t have to worry about anything. We joked that he was like our father, always looking out for us and taking care of everything.

  We had an amazing experience with ExplorerKenia! Kenya itself was incredible, and our guide Steve made it unforgettable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the animals, always helpful, cheerful, and we couldn’t have imagined a better guide. Highly recommended!

  This trip was one of the best I have ever been on. It was a such a beautiful experience to encounter animals in their natural environment. I couldnt recommend this company enough, my tour guide was Lucas and he was amazing; very thoughtful, knowledgeable, funny and professional. I did the Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara safari for 4 days which was amazing. I researched many companies before choosing and Explorer Kenya had consistent and excellent communication with the many questions I had, they seem to provide an excellent variety of trips and I prefer the types of vehicles used. I am extremely happy with their service.   Hello everyone, we are from China, and our itinerary is approximately 9 days, with 6 days for Safari and the other 3 days spent by the sea in Mombasa. It can be said that during Safari's days, we had a very good tour guide, which was Alex. He was very humorous and patient, with eagle like eyes to find the animals. The 6 days we spent together were very happy. I really look forward to meeting Alex again. In contrast, the three-day itinerary in Mombasa is very routine, with sunshine, beach, and a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel room service is very good, but there were some misunderstandings when arranging snorkeling activities, but the travel agency solved them very well. This travel agency was carefully selected by us before our trip. Their service, itinerary, and hotel selection were all excellent. Although there was a time difference between China and Africa, they replied to our emails the fastest.   We had a fantastic trip and our driver James was brilliant on the safari. He found all the BIG 5 for us which was a real special experience. He is an expert tour guide and a safe driver.   We want to thank Explorer Kenya for our amazing safari! Especially we want to highlight how happy we are that Henry Kishoyian as our guide. During these five days Henry managed to hear what experience we would like to get and delivered upon it. As chaotic as Kenia traffic is Henry always remained calm and took care of us. Thanks to his experience, knowledge and network with other drivers and rangers we were lucky to see lion families twice, cheetahs, a leopard eating a gazelle on the tree from very close, countless giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, hippos, rhinos, zebras, crocodiles, all kind of birds. We appreciated him to be passionate and caring about animal world, always respecting the rules to preserve the nature. We also want to mention he was very punctual. Once we are back in Kenya we cannot desire a better guide. Explorer Kenya is a very trustworthy company with huge experience. We were very happy with the service. Also we appreciated how quickly they responded to all our stupid questions through emails. They are flexible to follow your offers and wishes. • Amazing Safari

  We had the most amazing week with James Kariithi as our guide. We saw 30 animals not including birds, everything we hoped for, his driving, animals knowledge and skill using his network meant we had a dream vacation. It was my dream to see a leopard and we saw two in different parks. After only 2 days we were discussing what our “ next” safari would look like. We’ve travelled over 40 countries and so far this has been our best trip, Explorer Kenya and particularly James have made that happen. Thank you guys we can’t recommend you enough. See you soon!

  We had a great time and everything worked almost to perfection. Bernad Njinu picked us up at the right time, drove us to the airport (EgyptAir 'lost' our bagagges) and then a wonderful new world unveiled before us for the remainder of our trip. Njinu drove us around for 8 days through Aberdares, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara and Lake Naivasha. He's very experienced and dusted off his Spanish (which he hadn't spoken for 10 years) doing a a fantastic job. He seems to know everything about everywhere he took us, and what he apparently didn't know, he had a book with him where he quickly found it (birds, how can a man know so many birds?) Very good and careful driver, took us quickly to the places where the animals where spotted and when the rain caught us in the middle of the savanah he drove us safely back to the camp. Also, he did a a few quick changes to the schedule that made the experience better, avoiding going back and forth. We had a great time and are very satisfied with the whole experience. We recommend Explorer Kenya.
