At the T2 Domestic Terminal , please check-in at the Exemplar Transfer desk, immediately on your left as you enter the Arrivals Baggage hall., before collecting your luggage. After check-in you will receive instructions regarding where to meet your driver and coach. .At Cairns International T1, please meet your driver in the Arrivals hall, after you exit Customs. The meeting point is the Exemplar desk, found opposite the Customs exit.

1.00When we got to Cairns airport, no one was there to collect us. Viator hadn’t communicated with the transfer company, so after some ringing around we eventually got our transfer. Just deal direct with transfer companies and no agent.

5.00A timely convenient transfer from Cairns downtown accomodation to Port Douglas. Pickup time was accurate and along with 6 other passengers, we enjoyed the lovely comfortable ride along the coastline to Port Douglas.
