The Alhambra definitely lives up to it's reputation. Such a huge complex and every part is so fascinating. The interactive audio guide was worth the €6.
This company will cheat you and steal your money. Avoid at all cost.

Do not book through this company, they will cheat you out of your money. We booked for tickets to the Alhambra with audio guide. I later realised we had massively overpaid after being charged 130 euros when tickets can be purchased from the official website for a family of 4 for 35 euros. I booked tickets for 10am as we wanted to go early out of the midday and afternoon heat. The booking was made through Viator but was run by a company called Andalucia travel experience. I received what I thought was my ticket via email which said 10am. I then received a WhatsApp from Andalucia travel experience who said that was not the actual ticket and sent me different tickets on which it said a time of 14.30, not the time I had booked ,but several hours later. I called the number only to be told that they had no tickets for 10am but that we could enter the complex any time we wanted but we could only enter the palace at 14.30. I said that was not what I had been sold or paid for. They said we have no tickets for 10 the only thing I could do was wait until the morning and see if they had any then but it was doubtful. Given we would have to leave our hotel at 8am in order to get there this would be totally impractical. They agreed after speaking with our hotel receptionist to cancel the ticket and give me a refund. I texted the number the following morning and asked if they would confirm the refund they replied saying confirmed. 10 minutes later I received a message stating they were unable to give me my money back as it was too late!!!! I had called them as soon as I received the tickets with the wrong time, ie the day before the tour. I asked to speak with a manager they called me back and said the same thing - no refund. I told them that it was basically fraud to sell someone and take money for something they were unable to provide. I said I would complain about them to the Spanish tourism board, they said go ahead and they could not care less. This company are frauds and despicable. Avoid at all cost.
