• A very poor and frustrating experience

  I tried to book direct to visit the Alhambra, but it was sold out over a month before we visited. I saw this option on Tripadvisor and decided to book, although it wasn't entirely what I had hoped for. We never received our tickets, and there was no reply to email, text or phone calls. As we had a confirmation message we decided to go to the Alhambra and hoped to be able to sort it out. The staff at the venue were superb, but it was very stressful and upsetting when it appeared we would not be able to have access. Luckily we had taken our passports (not that the tour had told us we should) and they managed to link one of us to a booking, so after a frustrating couple of days we eventually got to see the Alhambra. The promised audio guide has never materialised. Would not recommend this company.

  It was a bit difficult to get the tickets, even the helpers at the Visitor Center did not know where to redeem the voucher. Tip: continue up the street where it says “Alhambra Last Minute Tickets”. You can get the tickets at the Audio Guides desk. Important: Don't forget your ID or passport - they will be scanned at the entrances. Otherwise, the Alhambra was really great. So much to see and marvel at. Our children (12 & 9) also enjoyed it very much. You can really spend the whole day there.

  A beautiful place to visit. So much to see and even in October the gardens looked beautiful. An awe inspiring place. The audio experience was adequate and helped give us a sense of the history of the place.

  Worst experience with a tour operator ever. In lead up to our tour I got daily emails advising of forthcoming tour however at no stage did your company mention the fact that to get actual entry tickets I needed to download What’s App as well as need to collect audio equipment at an external address outside the venue. After nearly 1 hour of assistance from a venue staff member we eventually were able to download entry tickets however as we then entered, we were unable to exit to get audio equipment hence a very disappointing tour to say the least. Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with .

  We will never buy through Trip advisor again. Tried to buy tickets for Alhambra and the palace. Received message that said we would receive a message with tickets. Nothing until the day before and then a message that said “click here for tickets.” Then clicked there, received a message that said at the top “this is not your ticket” with another point to click for tickets. This was repeated at least five times. Finally took the message to Alhambra on the day and managed to obtain tickets last minute at the gate only after a phone call (had tried before but no answer) but no palace and no audioguide. Throughout Trip advisor messages were misleading and led to last minute crisis, stress, disappointment. Clearly whole process intended mainly to get a maximum number of ads on the screen, not to be convenient and useful for customer.

  Amazing palace and gardens. Quite busy but it was a Saturday. Highly recommended. You’ll need 2-3 hours and you defo need to book in advance.

  A wonderful place to visit, however we were not told that we needed photographic id and the tickets didn't show were our meeting place was so we were refused access twice. My husband had to taxi back to the hotel to get our passports and the whole experience was very stressful

  the ticket office was very far from the entrance. we walked 15-20 minutes only to learn that they issued the tickets for the wrong day - one day after I was to leave the country. they acknowledged they made a mistake, but bw drove 2.5 hours only not to be able to get in. they didn't offer anything except "sorry" I was told I will be reimbursed $133.05 within 5 days, but it has been a week and I haven't been reimbursed. too many middlemen. too much room for mistakes

  Absolutely amazing place . You really need the best part of a day here as it’s such a big area and so much to see. A must thing to do if you’re in Granada
