Take a deep breath and go on a half day trip to the real historical place from the World War II -Nazi Germany's Concentration Camp Auschwitz Birkenau. Learn about the murderous Nazi campaigns against Europe,s Jewish populations.
The English guide tells the story about conditions and live of prisoners and show the remains of barracks, watchtower, railway ramps, gas chambers and crematorium. After completing the sightseeing, return back to Cracow and finish the tour at the reception of your hotel.

VISITING PACE: Please note that there are hundreds of people visiting the Auschwitz Museum every day and keeping your own pace of sightseeing is not possible.
DEPARTURE TIME: You will be picked up from your selected location between 4:00am to 1:30pm depending on museum's availability to start the tour. Select your most favorable timeslot and we will try to fit you in, but it is not a guarantee. We will inform you the final pickup time at least 12 hours prior to pickup time so you can make plan to arrive at pickup location.
LUGGAGE SIZE: Each traveller is allowed a maximum size of any baggage allowed in The Auschwitz Birkenau Museum is 30x20x10 cm. This is more or less the size of an A4 sheet. It's okay to have a small handbag or wallet with you. If your luggage is bigger, you can leave it in the locked bus parked next to the museum. Our driver will look after your luggage while you are away.
WEATHER: We operates in all weather conditions, during this tour, you will spend up to 70% of the time outdoors, especially during the second part at Birkenau Memorial Place. Please bring weather appropriate clothing.
HOTEL PICKUP: Some of the hotels located in Kraków Old Town are in traffic restricted area and no direct pickup is available. In that case we provide a pickup from closest possbile pickup point.
In order to enter the Auschwitz Musuem customer must provide tour provider with full names of all participants. Otherwise customers won't be allowed to enter.
ID DOCUMENTS: Every visitor has to bring ID to verify. Otherwise the security might refuse enter the Musuem

1.00This is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Tour was cancelled last minute through a 3rd party. Impossible to reach anyone for a refund.

1.00So funnily enough the cancellation times are 24 hours, miraculously less than 24 hour before our trip time we get a message on WhatsApp moving our trip from 06:30 to 04:05. We attended the meeting place and nobody showed, no response to messages to the whatsapp number, no response via viator chat. 05:10 we spoke to the 24 hour viator number to explain and let them know we wanted a refund. Apart from a quick email the same day, we are a week gone by and no response from anyone. £400 down the pan currently and not even an apology. Always used get my guide, will be using them again in future!

1.00Gr8way tour operator does not give the warranty to have the tour. They cancelled it the evening before the tour so that I couldn't find any different options and I jad to leave krakow without the visit I booked months before to be sure to go and visit Auschwitz. Do not book with them and also Viator didn't help to have any warranty
Truly terrible - avoid this company at all costs.

1.00DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not prebook tickets meaning you have to wait in line for over 4 hours when you get there. They changed the pick up time the day before from 0800 to 0420 which is just ridiculous but if we had cancelled then we would not have been able to visit Auschwitz before our departure. So we arrived there at 0520 and had to stand in the cold waiting for the ticket office to open. Truly terrible and everybody on our bus was in the same position. We are all complaining. This company had 3 buses working on the day. All in the same position. Plenty of other tour groups just skipped the line as their companies had pre-booked their groups. Possible this company does not have the proper authorities to do this.
