The English guide tells the story about conditions and live of prisoners and show the remains of barracks, watchtower, railway ramps, gas chambers and crematorium. After completing the sightseeing, return back to Cracow and finish the tour at the reception of your hotel.

VISITING PACE: Please note that there are hundreds of people visiting the Auschwitz Museum every day and keeping your own pace of sightseeing is not possible.
DEPARTURE TIME: You will be picked up from your selected location between 3:00am to 2:30pm depending on museum's availability to start the tour. Select your most favorable timeslot and we will try to fit you in, but it is not a guarantee. We will inform you the final pickup time at least 12 hours prior to pickup time so you can make plan to arrive at pickup location. Changing the pickup time does not entitle you to cancel the trip and receive a refund.
LUGGAGE SIZE: Each traveller is allowed a maximum size of any baggage allowed in The Auschwitz Birkenau Museum is 30x20x10 cm. This is more or less the size of an A4 sheet. It's okay to have a small handbag or wallet with you. If your luggage is bigger, you can leave it in the locked bus parked next to the museum. Our driver will look after your luggage while you are away.
WEATHER: We operates in all weather conditions, during this tour, you will spend up to 70% of the time outdoors, especially during the second part at Birkenau Memorial Place. Please bring weather appropriate clothing.
HOTEL PICKUP: Some of the hotels located in Kraków Old Town are in traffic restricted area and no direct pickup is available. In that case we provide a pickup from closest possbile pickup point.
In order to enter the Auschwitz Musuem customer must provide tour provider with full names of all participants. Otherwise customers won't be allowed to enter.
ID DOCUMENTS: Every visitor has to bring ID to verify. Otherwise the security might refuse enter the Musuem
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Valid student ID allows you to get a youth discount.
Auschwitz Museum reserves the right to change the visiting time, therefore the pickup time is approximate and may change. In the absence of a guide, the tour will be organized by purchasing tickets at the ticket office for a guided tour.

Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau
The distance between Krakow and Auschwitz Birkenau is around 65 kilometres so it takes approximately 1 h 30 minutes in one way. In first Camp Auschwitz you spend about 2 hours, with guide.
After visiting Camp I Auschwitz you will have short (10 minutes) break and then we go by bus to Camp II Birkenau. The tour in Birkeanau takes about an hour with the same guide.

1.00We should have had guaranteed pick up at 08.10 with guaranteed tickets and we then had a text the evening before to say that there were just two changes -- We were to be picked up at 04.00 to arrive at Auschwitz for 05.00 and then were told that there are no guaranteed tickets and we would have to wait, we waited for four and a half hours and got in at 09.30. A couple in our party were told that they were to be picked up at 03.00 so they cancelled, they then got a phone call to say they had found them places that can be picked up at 04.00 and the costs were £80.00 for the both of them, they did the same trip as us and we paid £161.00. According to other travellers and hotel staff this is a common practice, DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE TERRIBLE

1.00We booked and paid for a hotel pick up for 10am. 24 hours before the trip, the company advised we would need to go to a pick up point some way away from our hotel for a 5.20am start as the trip arrangements had changed . We could not make the revised extremely early start time with such short notice and cancelled our trip within the timeframe specified for a full refund. Despite following up on this twice, I have yet to hear back from the company to confirm they will refund us! The whole experience is one of disappointment and poor customer service so far!

1.0023 hours before the excursion they contacted to say the pick up time was changing from 10.10am to 3.15am!! This was due to lack of tour guides and apparently all companies were facing the same issue. Very convenient they knew there were issues but didn't contact until 23h before the agreed booking time. This means the cancellation policy (24h notice for full refund) was null and void. Who is travelling at 3.15am???? Auschwitz opens at 7.30am and we were 1h 10m from there. An absolute scam. AVOID THIS TOUR OPERATOR!

1.00I am a senior citizen and booked by visit to Auschiwitz to leave our hotel at 10.10am because the earlier starts for other tours were too early The tour was booked for Sunday 21 September 2025 and on the Saturday evening at 5pm I received an email telling me the time for pick up was now 3.15am This was totally unacceptable and I had to cancel the tour I have read the small print and can see that they are legally not obliged to refund any of the fee paid of £159.90 I ask you is this reasonable to move the time to such a early time in the morning I will never use this company again as its so difficult to speak to anyone to voice my complaint It borders on a scam in my view

5.00The trip was well organised. The tour guide, Lucacz (English tour starting at 7.30am 03.10.35) was very professional, well versed, he also showed the utmost respect and set the scene well, which meant the delivery of the tour was excellent. It was a very enlightening trip. Visiting in person enabled us to get a feel and understanding for the horrors of the history. It gave a new perspective and is something I believe everyone should do at least once.
