  Booked last minute. Quite expensive which i was shocked about. Tour guide was so lovely & very knowledgeable. I learnt so much from her. Driver wasn't very pleasant, on the way home all he done was txt on his phone whilst driving. I was so close to telling him to stop but then he stopped. If you can get free tickets & get the train I would 100% recommend it as you can take your time & go every where, But then if you can get it cheap enough with tour guide you will learn so much.

  All good pick up from hotel was punctual but the 2 front seats in minibus were a bit "snug". Margaret was a great guide and very informative. I thought the tour of the camps was a bit rushed, there was barely anytime to reflect and/or take photos. This could have been because it was freezing cold? All in all a very good experience but there is quite a lot of walking and stair climbing involved!

  I booked this tour well in advance, on November 4th, for December 30th, in order to properly plan my trip. I arrived in Krakow on December 29th, only to be informed shortly before the tour that it could no longer take place on December 30th because there was no guide available. As a result, my tour was moved to December 31st, which was disappointing and inconvenient. Additionally, the services provided did not match what was advertised. Initially, I was told that the pickup would be from my hotel, but this was later changed and I had to walk around 30 minutes to a different meeting point. To excuse this change, I was offered a lunch box, which did not compensate for the inconvenience. The same issue occurred with the drop-off: instead of being taken back to my hotel as promised, I was dropped off in the city center. Another major problem was the transportation. The bus was extremely cold for the entire journey. We spent around 3 hours on the bus, and the heating was never turned on, making the trip very uncomfortable. Apart from receiving the entrance tickets, I did not really benefit from any other service included in the price. The only positive aspect was that I did not have to wait in line at Auschwitz, which I appreciated. Overall, I am disappointed, as I paid for a service that was not delivered as promised. I expected better organization and clearer communication.

  This was an extremely well organized tour. I had initially booked my trip with another tour company who unfortunately let me down the day before we were due to go. We quickly booked with this tour company and the service was exceptional. They called back within 10 minutes to let us know we would have tickets and not to worry. The transport picked us up promptly and was very comfortable and the Auschwitz tour guide was fantastic. We paid for the lunchbox which is a fantastic touch from the tour company. I would highly recommend you pay to add this on if offered - pickup times can be very early and when you get to Auschwitz there is no opportunity to buy food or drink from the cafe (not the tour companies fault - purely due to the fact that there are thousands of people visiting a day - everyone arrives at the same time for tours and the Auschwitz organizers run everything to a very tight schedule). Without this you might end up going 6 hours without food if you weren't prepared with your own. We were very appreciative of having this ready for us to eat between the two tours in Auschwitz. I would highly recommend this tour company.

  Damian was on time and prepared a lovely lunch for us as stated. The tour was very well organised and we felt very looked after by the tour company from start to finish. I was a bit reserved when booking a tour as I’d read some weird reviews on other sites, but I wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thanks :)

  Albeit the most horrible and harrowing trip I’ve ever done, I’m glad we went. In fact, everyone should go. Respectfully done, good explanations and an insight into the atrocities of the holocaust and the dreadful way in which this happened to innocent men women and children. A good tour guide and well organised. Yes would recommend.

  I was nervous about booking after reading some weird reviews from other booking providers, but this one was incredible! Great organisation, Damian was right on time and got us to the camps promptly. We got a message around 5:30pm the evening before to confirm pick up time. Tickets were given to us on arrival and we walked straight past the massive queues with guidance the whole way. The lunch provided (on request) was really nice and good value for money. If you’re hesitant at all as I was, this tour is the one for you and you will be well looked after :)
