  Reservation process was easy. After booking I wrote a message in the Tripsadvisor-portal to the tour-operator about pickup location and he kindly told that he would pick us up close to our hotel. Time however was not correct: he would pick us up at 06:00 but he did the late in the night before departure send us again through the portal a message that pickup is at 07:00. This we read only in the morning when we woke up at 04:15... He also asked for my cell number which I did but apparently the portal is filtering phone-numbers and email-addresses from the message-center in order to block clients and operatorts from communicating directly. Pickup was at 07:00 with a fresh minivan. There were four other travellers in the van. Travel-time was ca 1,5 hrs and then we were distributed the entrance-tickets to Auschwitz (later we learned that Birkenau has free access) while we were waiting for the tour group to be complete. It looks like our driver was part of a "team" which had booked a block tour times, which they then re-distribute between a few minivan-operators. Personally I hate this kind of middle-men... Furthermore we were told, that there is only 15 minutes between end of Auschwitz and start of Birkenau tours and we only had time to go to toilet and eat something either by having broght something with us or buying a lunch-bag throgh the driver (rip-off price 60 PNL per bag of a sandwhich, fruit, cookies and water-bottle). The guide on the other hand was great and knowledgable albeit of terrible things he told us about the happening in both camps. The same great guide (not a part of official museum-staff and apparently out-sourced by whom?), was our guide also in Birkenau. Overall a matter-of-fact experience, which I can recommend, since it seems the state tourism organisation is not making it easy to do your own bookings directly. This seems to be a common situation in many countries still not mature (by European standards).

  Lucas was a fantastic driver, pickup from our accommodation at 6am, tickets were pre booked so didn't have to wait around for long before the tour. After concern from reading reviews on other tours (3am pickups, long queues), this tour delivered. Pricey but worthwhile.

  First off Julian was exceptionally spot on he made us feel at ease due to are trip to austwich was cancelled twice by headout tour operator. And he kept us upto date throughout the day about pick up times and everything we needed. And then the driver and tour guide was exceptional the driver was very prompt and professional and the tour guide was brilliant he new everything there is to know about the trip and he was very knowledgeable and it was worth every penny from start to finish.

  All was as planned from logistics perspective plus the guide delivered what was a difficult subject very well. Pick up was early which meant we avoided queues. Tickets provided and group formed from Multiple buses for tour. After initial location tour we moved to Birkenau by bus and completed tour before journey back to Krakow. Seamless service by drivers and guides.

  Our driver was excellent!! Polite, friendly, informative, kind and helpful. We booked very last minute late the night before because our tour with a different company was cancelled suddenly. The excursion was organized and ran smoothly and like clock work. There was a hiccup with the ticket at the entrance but our guide literally sprinted back to get it fixed in all of 20 seconds. Auschwitz and Birkenau is a must see to pay your respects and remember all who were murdered there. A very heavy and emotional day but an important one to us. Our guide inside was excellent as well. I highly recommend this company.

  Driver Wiktor picked us up on time at 545am and communicated clearly over Whatsapp. The drive to the camp was smooth and to my surprise, we were kind of given priority queue and were the 1st group to enter the camp/museum! Being the first to go in has its privileges as we didn't have to queue at the different sights and were able to experience certain spaces without any other groups in there. Totally love it.
