  We were prepared for an early morning pickup, with our collection time set for 5am, which meant a very early start. Fortunately, everyone was in the same position, and we were able to rest and sleep on the coach during the journey to Auschwitz. The trip began with an informative video played on the coach, which provided valuable background and context. Our guide was truly lovely and shared a wealth of information throughout the journey, ensuring we felt informed and supported at all times. While “great” may not be the right word to describe such an experience, it was a profound privilege to honour and respect the lives lost beyond those gates. It is undoubtedly a trip that everyone should experience at least once in a lifetime.

  The trip to auchwitz was both informative and enjoyable, the guide jimmy was very knowledgeable and did a brilliant job. If I had any criticism it would be that it felt a little bit rushed and didn't really get time to take in the place and read the many stories around auchwitz...this may not be the fault of viator but more likely the museum being busy , all in all it was a good trip, well organised and value for money and would not hesitate to book with them again

  Marcin was our driver for the day responsible for getting us to Auschwitz got our your. He provided excellent communication throughout the whole journey/trip, ensuring we had a great day. Made sure we had our tickets, priority access and introduced us to our tour guide got the day ( who was also excellent!) He stayed with us until our guide took over. He provided los of information about Poland in general and spoke fantastic English.

  I paid around 64 € for this Auschwitz tour. I know that similar tours are available for much less, but I chose this one because of the hotel pick up and drop off. The hotel pick up worked smoothly and on time and „Blueberry“ looked well after us. On the way to Auschwitz, a documentary film was shown on two very small screens, one at the front and one in the middle of the bus. If you were not seated close, it was difficult to see anything. The guide at the tour at Auschwitz itself spoke very unclearly and we were rushed through the entire site. I am not someone who usually spends a long time in museums, but here there was not even a minute (I’m not exaggerating) to stop and look at a room properly. This led to significant gaps in understanding. Questions were not allowed during the tour and were only welcomed on the 5-min-return-walk several hours later. Because we were constantly being hurried along, there was no emotional space at all. I am also aware there are rooms that were not shown to us at all. I booked this tour mainly because of the promised pick up/return to the hotel. On the way back, however, we felt pressured to get off in the city center. We were told that the large bus could not drive to Kazimierz, which was frustrating, as we had been picked up in the morning by a small bus. There was no clear reason why the same solution was not used for the return, so we ended up walking back on our own. I cannot recommend this tour.

  Tour was very successfull and our tour guide was very professional and he made the tour very interesting. Our pick from the hotel was extremely successful and our driver was amazing. He was very kind, helpful and professional through out the whole time. Very positive experience overall

  I went with my friends on this tour and had an absolutely moving experience all thanks to our amazing tour guide, Walker. Walker was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience feel very safe. He was very clear about what was to be expected during our long day ahead, and told us everything we needed to know about the experience. I would highly highly recommend this tour and especially with our amazing tour guide/bus driver Walker!

  The driver was fantastic, very organised and got us straight inside Auschwitz. However, once inside we could not tell a word the guide was saying, so the headphones seemed pointless. She rushed us round the whole site, missed out parts & did not let us stop to read anything. When we did she told us to keep walking. I feel like it ruined my experience & people need to know not to use a tour guide & definitely go at their own pace. At Birkenau we were marched to the end and straight back again, we were not even allowed to go to the monument to look. It was a complete waste of money & I am mad at myself for using a tour guide in this instance, we missed so much.
