Experience one of the most memorable lessons of modern history. Visit UNESCO World Heritage Site, a former Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau, where more than a million Jews and other prisoners were oppressed or killed during World War II. The flower strewn Death Wall, national memorials, gas chambers and crematoriums, preserved ruins, the remains of hundreds of barracks, watchtowers, the railway line and ramp - all this forms a moving testimony to the number of those who lost their lives. The tour is led by a sensitive, licensed and local guide which helps to understand the touching history and cruel things that happened there.
-Live-guided tour of Auschwitz & Birkenau (visit both camps)
-Travel from Krakow choosing hotel pickup or meeting point
-Learn the history of World War II, Nazi Holocaust and the liberation
-Avoid crowds skipping the long line for individual visitors
Specialized infant seats are available

RENOVATIONS: Due to extensive renovations in the western part of Krakow, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accommodate pickups from that area, because it causes traffic jams and delays. Also, the meeting point at Floriana Straszewskiego 19 (next to the Philharmonic) will be temporarily closed. For anyone who lives in the area, we can find a convenient and safe place for a pickup. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

The tour exceeded our expectations. It was very well organised. We were kept informed at all times. The tour guide at the museum was well informed and could answer all questions. Her information was delivered well.

Our driver Casper was awesome and did a great job . Van was really tight in the back row where we had to sit . Too small for anyone over 5’11 . Tour was well done, but a bit hurried with all the other tours moving through . Would have liked more time to absorb some of the displays. Timings changed as well for pickup which was confusing because communications were happening both from Viator and directly from the tour company via WhatsApp, and they conflicted . Anyway , overall positive .

This was a legitimate tour company and they did everything as promised. It was good because we had experience with an unreliable booking to do this tour with a local organization. We were so glad we were able to go to Auschwitz while in Poland.

From the moment I booked the experience, I was contacted via WhatsApp and I can’t fault the service—communication was excellent. Our driver Kacper was brilliant and punctual throughout the tour. The only downside was the pace of the tour. It felt quite rushed, and there wasn’t enough time to really take in the sights. If we paused for even a moment, we would quickly fall behind the group and lose connection on our headsets. Had I known it was going to be more of a whistle-stop tour, I may have chosen a different option that allowed for a more relaxed experience.
