A deeply moving experience everyone should do if they are visiting Poland. The tour was well organised and was given plenty of information upon booking and a day before which made everything feel well put together. A informative day learning and seeing the horrors that took place at auschwitz our group leader hubert was great throughout the trip and our actual tour guide at auschwitz guided up perfectly through the different parts and was extremely informative. Can be busy and slightly rushed due to museum being strict on times so make sure you eat beforehand and bring some food and water with you as this is out of the tour guides hands. Thank you hello cracow for a very smooth but heartbreaking trip.

Well organised both at the time of booking in the UK and on the trip - at the last minute we needed to use a wheelchair, this was all organised for us, all my questions were answered promptly and both Polish guides were fabulous.

This will be a short review as, you just have to be there to experience it. It's a very eerie, and bizarre experience. You'll be walking over the same footsteps that hundreds and thousands of innocent men, women and children spent their last moments before being brutally murdered. You are allowed to take photographs, but be respectful. It is a living museum. I wouldn't advise visiting alone, as there are sites that shook me to me my core and left me feeling very upset and angry. This visit should be top of your list for visiting krakow / Poland

Highly recommend HelloCrakow. They provided clear information on coach pick up location and also briefed us on what to expect on arrival to the camps. Our tour guide was simply amazing, clearly passionate about what she does and wanted to provide us with as much information as possible. I found we did move through the sections very quickly but also appreciate it’s very busy and all tours need to keep within schedule. I would recommend bringing your own food/drink or purchasing from the tour operators directly. Break were extremely short (10/15 minutes at most) and the queues for the restaurant is very long.
