In the lessons you will be given the opportunity to cook on your own while being carefully guided by an experienced chef. The classes are in small groups in an extremely fun and relaxed environment.

Participants of this program will learn how to prepare an original Austrian Apple Strudel. During the class you will be guided by an experienced chef. Small Groups of 3 to 5 people will be asked to fully partake in all the stages of preparation. Activities such as stretching out the pastry can be a lot of fun and the whole experience of making the strudel is guaranteed to be as rewarding as enjoying the final outcome itself. Additional to the Apple Strudel, participants have the chance to try their hands on to one of the most famous and spectacular Dessert in Salzburg - the Salzburger Nockerl or depends on the program shape your own flufy salzburg prezel. The program also includes a traditional goulash soup for lunch which will be served before you get your own baked creations (vegetarian/vegan lunch option also available).

Very fun and informative class! We were able to make the strudel, nockerl, and have a delicious goulash soup. The instructors were great and we had a lot of fun!

This is alot of fun. Very hands on. Good food. I didn't realize that we were going to be having goulash for dinner in addition to the food we made, while our creations were baking. Also, we made a soufle in addition to the apple streudal.

Our class had 14 people out of a possible 24 people. Johann did a great job teaching us how to make apple strudel and Salzburger Nockerl. After making both of them, the tables were put together and all of us set down together and enjoyed a bowl of goulash. That was very delicious. At the end we ate both of our creations and were full and delighted. We bought the small recipe book that contained recipes for all that we made and ate.
