Our guide, Robert, was great! He was very strategic in where to stand to get great views, and kept the tour moving. He really brought the whole experience to life. The guide leaves you at the entrance to the palace to explore at your own pace; there is an audio guide for the palace though. Great experience to help navigate the large crowds!

Good experience, the changing of the guard was a bit drawn out and you cannot take pictures inside the palace. I'm glad I went but it wasn't the most exciting tour I've ever been on.

I was somewhat disappointed with this tour. We were unable to see the changing of the guard due to a parade that was being set up for the women’s football team. Otherwise, the tour consisted of really walking down the street to Buckingham Palace and taking a lot of breaks. The tour through the palace was very good, but the two hours proceeding that seemed a little long for the information provided. If I had to do it again, I would probably just take the palace tour with accompanying headset guide.

We first part of our journey was canceled, then the latter part was totally disorganized. We didn’t get into the palace until about 11:45.
