1.00First time Viator tours disappointed me. They cancelled my tour the day before saying they couldn’t confirm the tickets. I am waiting for my refund and I hope they do something extra for me as my group of 8 was very upset.

4.00The palace was regal as expected, the gardens were the best part and the golf cart tour to the English Gardens and the waterfall was so completely worth it!

5.00The palace and gardens Breathtaking Gardens well maintained, beautiful walk very regal. The cascading water fountain is beautiful, photos don’t do it justice. A train or bus ride to Caserta, easy to get too. Make it a whole day event.

5.00Just the overall opulence of the palace is and was amazing to see how that era lived. We only got to go in one section of the palace..and that was enough..the gardens in back are killer..not sure what was going on for the front tho
