5.00Great way to see the sights from the water and learn about all things "San Diego" Brought my 80yr old mother for her birthday and she loved it as well. We learned so much... the narration was on point. A great value for the money and would do it again@

1.00The experience which was intended to be relaxing and peaceful. Unfortunately, resulted in at best Horrible.Sindy was extremely dismissive bias and quite frankly extremely rude and entitled. I elected to grab a chair and place it at a table which could well occupy 4 individuals. A couple who was already sitting there became upset as they did not want to share the space. Two minutes later when the conversation had occurred Sindy as I refuse to call her officer came over and without listening to my side was about to page someone, as a successful professional from NYC. Must say my City unequivocally,has the best customer service, nonetheless,I did not expect this from San Diego. She requested that since they were there first I move...how humiliating. I sat somewhere else as she demanded that I do..expecting me to move within seconds, I politely told her I would move and she insisted on asking me several times her partner an officer aswell attempt to smoothen the situation, I thank her for that. I waited to the end and invited the Captain to a conversation as she passed by I invited her to join us in hopes the she could use this as a learning experience to no avail, poor kid is going to have it hard with that attitude.Captain was not as responsive as I expected..Photographer offered free pictures kudos to her.. I would never as an Afro- Latina encourage anyone to embark on this cruise!

5.00We called ahead to inquire how this tour works with the All Inclusive Pass. Kyle answered and told us to arrive 15 minutes early. He checked the date we wanted and told us no worries since there were 200 available seats. He suggested we park by the Midway/Maritime museum at Pier 2. The day of our visit went smoothly. We boarded and the 2 tour guides were amazing. The narrations were informative and educational. We saw sea lions, great views of the bay, Coronado Bridge and military ships. This cruise is definitely worth it.

5.00Information about the bay and the multiple landmarks you don’t get close to on land. 90 minutes is just right. Can’t enjoy out on the deck or inside from the enclosed area. Price is reasonable.

5.00Great experience and weather was fabulous. Very informative, and relaxing way to see landmarks like the Coronado Bridge, Navy ships, and sea lions, with great narration, friendly staff, clean boats, and convenient amenities like in-seat food/drinks. Admission was $40 and the ride took 90 minutes. I’d go again!
