Our guide was Vincent Chang and our driver was James Lin. The tour was exceptional! We stopped at many sites including Taipei 101, Chang Kai Shek Memorial, Dahou Street and many more. We never felt rushed and were able to look in many different shops. We ate at the Raohe Street night market. We also had a noodle and pork soup in Dahou Street for lunch. Vincent’s English impeccable as was his knowledge of Taiwan. The driver James was always on time pick us up. I would rate this tour 10 stars if I could.

Covered many Taipei landmarks in one day. Our guide was knowledgeable. Only downside was sometimes waiting for group members to reconvene.

Look I cannot complain about the day trip the places we seen and the areas we visited. They were all amazing, The disappointing circumstances were that most of the people on our trip were present at 8.15am as instructed by the notification from the company hosting the event. The guide did not appear until after 8.30am - most people were beginning to panic. The second thing was we waited for 25 minutes for guests who just rolled in late and did not care about the rest of us. The whole day itinerary was then impacted by their poor punctuality. I think that as a minimum people should arrive on time - and to be fair our tour guide should be there to greet us as the emailed instructions from the company hosting the tour had instructed.
