With a collection of nearly 700,000 pieces of ancient Chinese artifacts and artworks, the museum showcases 8,000 years of Chinese art history spanning multiple dynasties. Two of the most famous artworks on display are “the Jadeite Cabbage” and “the Meat-Shaped Stone”, which are the must-sees in National Palace Museum.

Every year, the Chinese New Year Street Bazaar takes place in Dihua Street, and is always crowed with people getting ready for the coming new year. It was a wonderful tour that delved deeply into Korean history. However, there is a lot of walking and in the summer months it can be brutal for the unprepared. Lots of water and a good attitude helps. Mia was wonderful!

I had the best tour experience with Tony. In all my travels, J have never met someone as vigilant and energetic as Tony. He kept track of every person in the tour group even when people wandered off. He was also very insightful about the history and politics of Taiwan, so it was great listening to him. Overall, I highly recommend tsking this tour to get acquainted with Taipei. It covers the major landmarks and is excellent value for money.

It was done with completeness, very detailed and the timing was just right! We enjoyed it so much, worth the Money. Thank u to iur toue guide Mr James! We enjoyed the company too of the other 2 solo travellers, Louis from USA & Gold from Philippines, unfortunately, we missed to share our contacts between each other. But having this small group tour is just so fun, meeting new people while enjoying the different places in Taipei!

Excellent tour of Taipei. Meeting at the subway station was easy to find our guide. We actually used Edison Tours on two trips, and highly recommend their level of service and transportation. Our guide Chiara was AMAZING! She was a wealth of knowledge about the city and history of Taiwan, helped with additional suggestions and recommendations, and used her personal experiences to enrich the tour. She also took great photos of us! We were in a small group (5 total) which was so nice and allowed Chiara to customize a bit more based on our interests. Absolutely recommend. We've just done four tours thru Viator and this was the best one!

Molly was a great guide! She had a deep knowledge of all the sites we visited and the history of Taipei. She was able to answer all my questions and did so enthusiastically. She even recommended food spots. She also took great photos! The car we used was also very comfortable and the driver, Vince, got us to each spot safely and in great time. 10/10 experience, great for people w limited time in Taipei
