Join us for a guided Clear kayak and snorkel experience! Viewing Maui’s marine life and reefs through a Clear kayak is an unforgettable experience. Yes, you can see right through the bottom of your kayak! We see turtles, various fish, eels, rays, dolphins, and, in the winter months, humpback whales! The surrounding views while we are paddling include Haleakala, the west Maui mountains, Olowalu Valley, and other islands such as Kaho‘olawe, Lanai, and Molokai offshore.

Our activity is suitable for ages 3 and above. No kayaking or snorkeling experience is necessary.

We love all things ocean and adventure and can’t wait to share them with you in our beautiful Maui home!

Suitable for all physical fitness levels

Individual weight limit is strictly 220 lbs due to the nature of our clear kayaks. If someone in your group weighs over 220 lbs then please contact us and we can reserve a single regular kayak with a weight limit of 290 lbs for them. We have two of these available. The weight limit is for your own safety. It is company policy for our tour guides to weigh each individual using scales at the meeting location on the day of the tour. If you report your weight incorrectly and then weigh over the limit on the day then we will not be able to accommodate you and you will receive no refund. Please contact us if you have questions about weight distribution before booking.

Weight limit for tandem kayak is 420 lbs *Individual weight limit of 220 lbs still applies. You will automatically be assigned a tandem kayak for a booking of 2 adults. We are a small company and only have a limited number of clear kayaks for each tour.

If you have ANY medical conditions we need to be made aware of for your safety (including if you are pregnant) or if you have dietary restrictions then please advise us of this via email.

Our 3-hour activity runs from 7 am until 10 am daily as this is the best time of day for nice, calm conditions. It includes a meet-up, safety briefing, launching, kayaking, and snorkeling! Once on the water, you will paddle over several reefs inside of your Clear kayak, gazing at the beauty below and the beautiful Maui scenery around you. There is also an OPTIONAL snorkel portion included in the tour! You may wish to get out of the kayaks to snorkel or, if not, you can stay in your Clear kayak and gaze at our beautiful reefs below.

It was an amazing experience! Kyle our tour guide was very informative on everything! Saw a lot of turtles and different types of fish! Highly recommend this if you want to see sea life!

Great family owned business, took the 7am clear kayak / snorkel and had a great time! Family of 4 with young daughters late teens), husband and another family of 4 with teen boys. Everyone had a great time, very knowledge guide who made this a family favorite!

This was by far the most amazing experience we had while in Maui! Our guide was Kyle and he was absolutely excellent. He shared some very interesting facts and recommendations about Maui. My husband and I absolutely loved this trip and would do it again in an instant!

This was one of the best excursions we’ve been on. Kyle was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Snorkeling with the turtles was awesome. We felt totally comfortable the whole trip. We recommend this excursion whole heartedly.

We had an amazing clear kayak and snorkel tour with Curtis! My family and I saw many turtles and different fish and the water was really clear. We even saw a rainbow. Curtis was fun and knowledgable and shared a lot with us about the island of Maui. This is a must do on Maui!

We arrived early and saw a beautiful rainbow with the sunrise. Great time. Very cool experience unlike any other snorkeling. Curtis was great and knowledgeable. Saw many turtles and fish.

A great tour I went out with Curtis and Tiffany. We saw turtles 🐢 whales 🐋 and even a Hawaiin Monk Seal named Monty. Family friendly and very educational 🤙🏽
Awesome to see underneath the kayak as you pass over the reefs. So fun!

This was such an amazing and unique experience to see through the kayak as you glide over beautiful reefs. Curtis and Kyle really made our experience super fun educating us on the history of the island and different fish species. Super fun to snorkel and listen to the whales. I went with my family and everyone had the best time.
