We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step.
WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time the Chef will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.

Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

Our team is made up of true chefs, with many years of experience in the best Italian cuisines. We will select the best seasonal vegetables and the best products that the Italian territory offers. From FLOUR to RAGÙ, together we will make real Italian pasta from scratch as they did it in the times of the Medici family, the lords of the Renaissance. We made pasta class with Giordano and had a great time. All the necessary materials and ingredients were at our disposal and the chef’s explanations have been very useful considering, in addition, food intolerances (NO meat). We made ravioli and tortellini filled DE ricotta and lemon with different sauces and parpadelle al ragú. We take a piece DE Florence that we will revive every time we make pasta at home. Highly recommended if you want to know DE close how to make pasta and delicious sauces!

Andre was fantastic. He was very helpful and his personality made the class a lot of fun. The food was delicious and there was a window into the kitchen so you could see them preparing meals for the restaurant.

Booked this cooking experience for my husband, our daughter, and myself. The venue was large and they break up everyone into separate groups lead by 1 chef. Chef Eno was great! You can tell he loved what he does. He has passion to cook and share the art of cooking with others. He explained everything along the way, catered to those who didn't eat meat, and went around the group several times to help show what to do. I highly recommend this experience to those who are looking for a cooking activity in Florence! We made 3 different pastas and there was plenty of food for everyone to eat. Also, you have unlimited wine and sodas the entire time too!
