Offered in a cooking school located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

We will select the best seasonal vegetables and the best products that the Italian territory offers. From FLOUR to RAGÙ, together we will make real Italian pasta from scratch as they did it in the times of the Medici family, the lords of the Renaissance. WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time the Chef will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared. During the experience we can drink good TUSCAN WINE or unlimited

My son and I had an enjoyable evening learning to make different styles of pasta with Chef Eno and a friendly bunch of around 20 other participants. We learnt a lot and enjoyed eating the pasta we made, cooked and served with a variety of Tuscan sauces. The time flew by and Eno was an excellent host. Give it a go!

The only real way to experience whats true to a culture is to learn their creativity in their food. Chef Andrea was an amazing teacher. He was helpful and very patient when we were struggling w a technique. He was kind and gracious. My family really enjoyed his personality and also the knowledge he gave. I had such a wonderful experience in this class with Arturo! We made ravioli, tortellini, and pappardelle from scratch, and the whole process was fun, hands-on, and easy to follow. Arturo is not only a skilled chef but also a fantastic teacher. He was patient, clear, and has a great sense of humour that made the class even more enjoyable. I left feeling confident I could recreate the recipes at home, and with a new appreciation for fresh pasta. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting! it was a real highlight!

Valentino was great! Funny and inclusive of everyone, he corrected us when we went wrong but he was such a great teacher we didn’t go far off the mark. The place the cooking class is in was beautiful as well.
