Lori was amazing! She took her time explaining the process and the pizza & tiramisu came out delicious! I’ve never taken a cooking class before. I will definitely do it again the next time. This is a must. Cheers!!

It was an unforgettable experience learning to make Pizza and Tiramisu with Chef Paris. She was very patient and ensured our end result did not disappoint. The wait staff after the class were gracious and accommodating to our needs.

Good cooking experience but not suitable for dietary requirements (gluten free). I was really looking forward to this having spent hours trawling courses as needed one which was gluten free for me. Finally found one and contacted both Viator AND the provider who both confirmed gluten free option available and would not be a problem. Reassured by email from provider that it would all be accommodated. When I turned up, I mentioned straightaway that was gluten free as table set up all together with flour out. Our host, Paris looked clearly surprised and went off. I assumed all sorted but had to ask again where the gf flour was. Paris then explained that I would have to make a gluten pizza and then they would provide me later gf dough. To cut a long story short this never happened. It ruined the whole experience and I felt embarrassed in front of all the other guests if it was ok I made a pizza (that I could never eat) and would have gf pasta instead. Imagine the awkward silence and everyone except Paris and me looking at their feet. I did say it was not a good experience (eventually someone ran out to buy a shop bought gf base which was spongy and tasteless). This ruined the point of cooking and eating your own food with others and soured the whole experience. Anyone who has dietary requirements knows how hard it is to be ‘normal’ and being singled out like this was upsetting. The slightly comical part is that I heard the whole saga unfold as Paris and the others involved in the search for gf dough were speaking Italian and I could understand every word (they assumed I could not which is naive). I appreciate mistakes happen but this is a big one and the communication and treatment of my feelings in the dealing with it were poor. To give due, there were gf biscuits for the gf tiramisu.
