3.0Chi Tunnels. Firstly we had an unadvertised stop off at a disabled manufacturing factory shop. This stop was not advertised on Viator and had we have known we would not had booked. Peter was hard to understand and we felt rushed. Peter had started talking before our party had caught up. At the end there was a short film on the tunnels. The film had already started when we got there, and the audio was hard to hear. On the whole we were slightly disappointed.

5.0This was a great experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this tour and company. Communication was excellent from booking the tour. Daniel was my tour guide for the group. His English was great and he did a very good job of sharing the history of the war and tunnels with professionalism which made the tour very meaningful and memorable. I would recommend it to anyone interested and I will use this tour company again.

3.0We spent half an hour walking to their office because it said our hotel was outside the pick up area. We than drove by the lobby entrance of our hotel and stopped at the hotel directly next door to our hotel to pick up 2 people to go on the tour???? We did not understand a single word the tour guide said and our first language is english. Apart from that the tour was very good and the transportation very comfortable. If you get a guide that speaks english well I think it would be an amazing tour.

5.0Fantastic tour! Our tour guide was excellent at communicating with us prior to pick up which made us feel at ease. Very small group so it felt like a private tour as we could ask lots of questions and take our time. Knowledge guide with great English skills.
