It’s great to only be in a short line. Where they could improve is to not require you walk a couple of blocks away to exchange your voucher for tickets no more than 15 minutes before your reservation then have to walk back to the Museum.

There is no where that told us who to look for. This whole experience with viator has been a nightmare. However, the tourguide was wonderful and most accomodating.

Everything went smooth and as promised, I recommend this vendor. We had no problems at all, total waiting time was 5 minutes.

Amazing! We are a family of 10 that was running late coming from the port. The agent we booked with bent over backward to accommodate us. Couldn't have been happier!!

Ordered tickets on phone, provided with meeting site...wrong site and took at least 45 minutes to get results. We were told of another site but that was not correct. It was 95 degrees (f). Alternate site was on tickets which we could not access on our phone. I made numerous calls afterwards explaining the situation which was not accurately documented each time...note I had thought I paid for a guided tour which I had not but emphasized the ticket issue. After several calls and finally a written explanation, a small refund was given...it should not have been so difficult and frustrating
