1.0Not worth the cost at all, for the price they charge. They don't even give you complimentary water, much less lunch. You make stops and don't give you much time in places to do any kind of shopping or browsing. What are you really paying for. Mount Titlis is a much better tour.

1.0The tour woman was not friendly, part of the trip was closed they side it with open in may!!! We didn’t get to have a walk in the snow

5.0This is a must do when in Zurich! Our guide was great and made sure we saw everything in a day. Junfraujoch is beautiful and the ice cave is an unexpected bonus!

1.0Don’t bother with this. Take the train direct from Zurich to Grindelwald and take the either up on your own timetable. Was unnecessarily long because or organizing different groups in different places who were doing different tours. Bus was incredibly uncomfortable and the air conditioning was barely turned on. They advertised time in both Grindelwald and Interlaken but we had maybe 35 mins in Interlaken instead of 90 and no time at all in Grindelwald. This was a 12 hour tour with wasted hours organizing others so it was better for the tour company. Waste of time.
