  It was a really fantastic trekking experience. The itinerary went through very smoothly with care and supports. Especially the local company, Oneseed, was very supportive. I was happy for whole duration of it.

  Over Christmas 2024 we hiked the W-Trek in Última Esperanzanza (great name!) staying in refugios with full board so we didn't have to carry a lot of kit. After an initial attempt at trying to remotely arrange this directly with the refugios, I surrendered the job to Experiencechile.org. Over the course of a couple of weeks they organised all transport and accommodation from our arrival at Puerto Natales central bus station to the final transfer to the airport on our way out to Santiago. It was a complex itinerary involving public buses, ferries, private transport, accommodation and food, and required everything to hang together - and it did! Everything went according to plan and we were even provided with 'contingency' tickets for an alternative route out of the Park in the event that the Largo Grey cat was not operating due to high winds. So a big shout out to Charles and the team at Experience Chile - great job, thank you very much.

  Incredible trip and amazing company to go with - small and tailored itinerary, I was so glad I chose Oneseed instead of some of the larger group operators. The guides were amazing and I loved the small groups that meant we didn’t get held up waiting for people during the hikes.   Fabulous tour which has been on my wish list for many years. The days were reasonably arduous but not overly so and our excellent Guide Sofia made sure that we usually finished the days trekking around 4pm to allow us plenty of pre ( and post ) dinner beers ! It goes without saying that the scenery all around us was breathtaking, my highlights being the hike to the base of the Towers ( Day 1 ), the French Valley viewpoints and the awe inspiring Grey Glacier.

  I booked the w trek based on the availability mentioned on the website. Some dates were blocked other ones not. When I booked o got an email dat they still had to check. Since I have limited time I immediately wrote a WhatsApp to ask if the date was ok. A co worded told me it was cancelled. But the trip was still pending in my app. So I asked again. Than they told me it was still pending. I told them I had a strict timing and airplane tickets were getting more expensive. Than they said it would be confirmed or cancelled in 38 hours. I told them I needed direct feedback. then they wrote it would take 72 hours. I told them again I didn’t have the time nor the money to spend on higher airplane tickets (they are double the price now). I told them they didn’t mention the 72 hours during waiting on the website and if they would have, I wouldn’t have booked for mentioned reasons. Furthermore they already send me a WhatsApp it was canceled. They will charge me the full amount although I don’t have the time anymore. This was the worst experience I ever hair with a booking agency and I lost a big part of my traveling budget due to this. I bever felt so cheated on.

  We also added on the Argentina side. We would not recommend doing this through OneSeed and left a separate review for that. Overall everything was amazing from when your plane lands. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable and the price is fair for what you are getting in the country. The only major issue was you will fly budget airline once in Chile (I am 6'3 seats were rough. Be prepared to have games to play or books to read as you will spend a lot of time in the lodges.

  Most incredible solo journey. It was rugged and challenging but rewarding in every way possible. I found what I was capable of doing. I feel empowered and strong. The guides Roberto Carlos and Mauricio were like family by the end of the trip. They were patient, informative, and fun.

  Had an amazing time in Patagonia with OneSeed. We lucked out with the weather and were shown an excellent time by our two guides. Jorge had a ton of great experience in the park and could tell us about everything. Mauricio was a newer guide but had great energy and kept us going. It also feels nice to know that OneSeed gives 10% back to the local community through Microfinance. Would definitely travel with them again.

  Awesome experience! Beautiful place! Wonderful guides! The hiking wasn’t always easy but well worth it!
