Stop and swim at waterfalls, stroll unique sand beaches and swim at the most famous black sand beach at the Wainapanapa State Park. Our driver will select a perfect lunch spot. If time allows, we will stop at fruit stands with fresh fruits and vegetables for you to buy. We are ready to safely guide you through 617 curves and 56 one lane bridges and lead you back in time to the historic moments and legendary tales that shape the islands.
Food, beverages and pickups at majority hotels and resorts are included.

Accessibility Notice Please note that our tour is not wheelchair accessible. Due to federal and state safety regulations, we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, or similar mobility devices on board, as our vehicle is not ADA-compliant and such items may pose safety hazards during travel. Canes are permitted, but walking sticks are not allowed. There is a low step to board the van, and all guests must be able to get on and off the vehicle independently, without assistance from the driver. Most Road to Hana tours operated legally have similar restrictions, as ADA-compliant vans are wider and subject to different regulations.

Hana Highway - Road to Hana
The Hana Highway is a 64.4-mile-long (103.6 km) , longest, coastal scenic route in the world. To the east of Kalepa Bridge, the highway continues to Kipahulu as Hawaii Route 31 (the Piilani Highway). This tour covers 59 single lane bridges, over 640 turns and curves, through lush, tropical rainforest. Most of the concrete and steel bridges date back to 1910

Just four miles into your drive to Hāna from Kahului, you'll discover the historic town of Pāʻia on Maui's north coast. Divided into Lower Pāʻia and Pāʻia, this hospitable community was once a booming plantation town during the heyday of Maui's sugar cane industry. Today Pāʻia is a town of colorful, rustic storefronts filled with local art galleries, one-of-a-kind shopping boutiques and restaurants.

5.00Marty was a great tour guide who went above and beyond to give us the best experience. He was very knowledgeable about the road and the island and shared many stories with us. He made sure everyone was included and comfortable. We made several stops along the way for lunch, swimming, pictures and bathroom breaks. The van held thirteen people comfortably, but there isn't much room for bags. The company did a good job pre trip making sure we knew where and when pick up was, what to bring and what to expect on the tour. Overall, I thought it was a good value and time well spent.

5.00This tour was absolutely amazing!! Definitely a must do. Our tour guide, Marty, was so knowledgeable and just so fun and great! It’s perfect that we didn’t have to drive because the road has so many curves and turns. Marty knew exactly what he was doing and we felt safe with his driving. If you’re debating about doing the tour, just book it!! You will not be disappointed!

4.00we enjoyed it a lot. unfortunately, the seating was very uncomfortable throughout the whole trip. we felt like we were really cramped in. our guide. Marty was fabulous. very accommodating and very hospitable along with being very knowledgeable about the area.

5.00A long day, but worth the early pick up to get on the road and beat the traffic. Excellent way to see "the other side" of the island without having to drive. Our tour guide Quinn was able to lead discussions on all aspects of Hawaii and Maui especially.

5.00Great trip. Lots of fun and beautiful stops. Driver Marty was excellent, smooth driving (didn’t seem scary at all - which is great given the road to Hana’s reputation), he remembered everyone’s name, had interesting history, went the extra mile with each person in the group. All around great tour.
