Stop and swim at waterfalls, stroll unique sand beaches and swim at the most famous black sand beach at the Wainapanapa State Park. Our driver will select a perfect lunch spot. If time allows, we will stop at fruit stands with fresh fruits and vegetables for you to buy. We are ready to safely guide you through 617 curves and 56 one lane bridges and lead you back in time to the historic moments and legendary tales that shape the islands.
Food, beverages and pickups at majority hotels and resorts are included.

Accessibility Notice Please note that our tour is not wheelchair accessible. Due to federal and state safety regulations, we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, or similar mobility devices on board, as our vehicle is not ADA-compliant and such items may pose safety hazards during travel. Canes are permitted, but walking sticks are not allowed. There is a low step to board the van, and all guests must be able to get on and off the vehicle independently, without assistance from the driver. Most Road to Hana tours operated legally have similar restrictions, as ADA-compliant vans are wider and subject to different regulations.

Hana Highway - Road to Hana
The Hana Highway is a 64.4-mile-long (103.6 km) , longest, coastal scenic route in the world. To the east of Kalepa Bridge, the highway continues to Kipahulu as Hawaii Route 31 (the Piilani Highway). This tour covers 59 single lane bridges, over 640 turns and curves, through lush, tropical rainforest. Most of the concrete and steel bridges date back to 1910

Just four miles into your drive to Hāna from Kahului, you'll discover the historic town of Pāʻia on Maui's north coast. Divided into Lower Pāʻia and Pāʻia, this hospitable community was once a booming plantation town during the heyday of Maui's sugar cane industry. Today Pāʻia is a town of colorful, rustic storefronts filled with local art galleries, one-of-a-kind shopping boutiques and restaurants.

5.00Went on a family excursion with Marty and we had a great time with a lot of different stops and swimming and fruits to try. Marty was very friendly and social which Maude the day very enjoyable!!

5.00A very thorough tour with all the must-do stops, our guide, Dom, was very knowledgeable on the culture and history, giving a great commentary as we were traveling. The logistics of the pick ups and schedule were impeccable. We had a great time!

Loved the “extras” that we were able to enjoy due to the proactive planning from our guide. Highly recommend this tour!

5.00Karlie was very friendly and a great tour guide. We were taken to 7 local food establishments and had the opportunity to try some terrific foods authentic to Hawaii. Even though Karlie was admittedly pretty new at the job, she had a lot of local knowledge and was well informed on local cuisine. I would consider this excursion a “must do”!

5.00A scenic and informative journey along, or should I say around, the Road to Hana. The host, Roger, was great. There were many highlights, including a black sand beach and rainbow eucalyptus trees. Lunch was good too. We would thoroughly recommend this tour.

5.00This was one of the best tours I have ever been on. The trip was meticulously planned with our comfort and pleasure in mind. Marty, our guide, was the best of the best. This man single handedly carried the entire trip. He was very knowledgeable and was a great story teller. We got to see so many cool places! Marty was patient and kept everything organized so that we could get the most out of our day. If you don’t do this tour while in Maui, you are truly missing out.
