5.00We're on a cruise ship being bussed to Florence to spend some time. Tour busses are not allowed in the city center and where they park is about a 30 min walk. Duccio, our guide, came to pick us up a little earlier than the appointed time because we were there. Duccio was great. He was courteous, knowledgeable, entertaining and accommodating. He let us get off to take pictures even though the sight was supposed to be a "drive past". I would definitely book another tour with this company if Duccio was our guide.

5.00Perfect for an introduction to the city and very good tips from the driver. You can listen to all the information in most languages and the driver was knowledgeable and funny.
