Worst booking experience with Viator!

1.00should not expect any service from Swissbus travel (vendor) but just the ride to and from Zurich and Interlaken. The bus driver took us to a parking lot in Interlaken around 10.30 am, tell us to get off and will pick us up at 5 pm. We have no idea as to where to go and how to spend the time. It was raining at the time.

4.00This is simply a small bus ride to Interlaken. Theres no “tour” involved. The workers were nice but not informative at all. They just simply drove us to Interlaken and dropped us off for 7 hours and then drove us back to Zurich.

4.00The whole driving experience to Interlaken was great. I really enjoyed the “free day” aspect as in you get dropped off, spend 6 hours doing what you want and then get picked up. The only reason I can’t give it a 5 stars is on the way back the heater was turned up to max and we requested it be turned down but I don’t think it changed. I wouldn’t judge that on the experience as a whole though
