  Very Safe and Convenient. Enables you to travel from on Pier to another whilst sightseeing with a different view from the River Thames. Reasonably priced too, including the items at the bar. The staff were friendly and the lady that did the commentary on our trip was great too!

  Really enjoyed this river experience. A great way to see the wonderful sights of London. The trip was made even better by the commentary of the member of staff whose name I think was Don. He was very efficient at giving relevant details about the sights but also very entertaining with little jokes and witty remarks. Would highly recommend this company and the staff are a great asset.

  If you want to start and end at the same pick up point you must buy a return trip ticket. The tour itself was okay but the unexpected cost of having to purchase a return trip was not.

  The boat was too crowded! We could not enjoy the tour! I don't recomend this company! They should not put so many people on the boat

  The Thames River cruise was the highlight of our London trip. We saw so many historic sights at that level. The ride was very smooth. The tour guide was humorous and informative. We learned so much in a fun way. We highly recommend the Thames River cruise!

  This ticket is a one way ticket. It is not possible to get off at the boarding point. For this you have to book a return ticket. I didn't realize personally. But half as wild, since you come back everywhere with the public transport in London. Cheap . The interesting and funny explanations of the colleague from the crew were very entertaining and made the whole thing a little highlight. There was a small tip at the end of the tour not wrong . At first it rained but then the sun came out, so sitting on the open upper deck was even more fun. But it's not the crew's fault for the weather. Great thing 👍

  This is a must! We caught our boat as a last minute ride from tge Tower of London to Westminster. The boat was packed and we had no where to sit. We ended up standing in the upper deck in the very back of the boat. It was spectacular!!! The views were awesome. It was right before sunset on a very warm and sunny day. We were able to see venues in a completely different way. Up close and panoramic views. Landed at Westminster Pier right before Big Ben chimed at 19:00. Perfect end to our six day visit.
