5.00Yohana met me in front of the Gallery and had my ticket ready and gave me a mini tour of the reception area before we went in, which was very kind! I paid more than I would have by going through the actual Gallery, but I bought my ticket the day before, when the museum was sold out. I was on a journey through Italy to see the works of Caravaggio, so it was very worth it to me! Room 8 had six of his iconic works. I breezed through the rest of the museum, and there are a ton of Bernini sculptures if you are a fan. The former residence is gorgeous and worth a visit if you have time in Rome. Thanks Yohana!

1.00They did not show up at Galleria Borghese with the tickets. There were other people who had bought tickets who got scammed as well.

1.00Buy your own ticket through the galleria. This ticket gets you nothing extra and you pay much more. I wish someone would have told me the same.

1.00No one was there to give me my tickets like they said they would be. I called and they said the tickets were on the Viator. I tried downloading the app and still could not retrieve the ticket. If it was not for the kindness of one of the staff members of the museum I would not have been able to get in. It was so stressful and confusing. I don’t recommend purchasing tickets from this agency.

5.00After seeing multiple art museums in Rome, this was our favorite. Not only is the art world class, the gallery itself is stunningly beautiful. Be sure and get tickets ahead of time.

5.00First of all, I was late and the young lady (pink vest and umbrella) waited for us to arrive. I can’t say enough Thank yous. Secondly, this experience is totally worth it. Many Berninis and Caravaggios. If you can’t get tickets directly, this is the way to go.

1.00Poor experience, the tour time was changed on us by an hour disrupting plans, the tour guide came late , was poorly informed and did not advise us as to restoration work at the galleria,money wasted. Very bad experience and money wasted.
