When booking Airport Transfer, please make sure you book a vehicle which can accommodate ALL TRAVELLERS + THEIR LUGGAGE - Failing to do so might result in NOT BEING ABLE TO TRAVEL - the driver can refuse to take you onboard if you show up with a bigger amount of luggage then stated in the booking. Please provide your FLIGHT DETAILS - once booked, we monitor the flight and change the scheduled pickup accordingly to the actual landing time to avoid extra charges. The driver will wait in the arrivals hall with the NAME BOARD at the scheduled pickup time - PLEASE ALLOW YOURSELF SOME TIME TO CLEAR THE CUSTOMS when scheduling the PICKUP TIME. Meet and Greet for Airport Pickups is included in the price = Free 30 minutes of waiting, after which we charge additional fees = £5/ every 15 minutes + additional Car Park fees where applicable. Once the driver meets you, he will transfer you to the destination address of your choice, which must be provided at the time of the booking. NOTE: 1 Big Luggage means up to MAX 20KG (Size L (75) measures MAX 75x51x28 cm), 1 Small Luggage means hand luggage up to 10KG. (Size S (50) measures MAX 55x40x20 cm.)

We tried airport taxis for the first time as we couldn’t be bothered to call and wait for a cab. Car was nice and spotless. Driver was friendly and polite and no waiting. Was almost twice the price of our local taxi but as we only live 7 miles from Gatwick it was ok. Highly recommended.

Our driver was on time and his vehicle was just the right size for our group of 4. We’re all senior citizens and traveling for over 3 weeks so we have lots of luggage. We arrived at our hotel with no problems. We have gone the train route before and really preferred not to drag luggage through that again.

Arranged executive airport transfer Driver did not arrive at appointed time. He finally messaged saying he would be arriving late (25 minutes). Hotel staff advised us If we didn’t immediately get into a taxi we would miss our flight
