5.00Rafaella, our guide, was excellent. He knew the subject very well and made it very interesting and bearable despite the heat of Rome in July. We had already been to the forums and the Colosseum but this visit was much better than the previous ones, and that is due to Rafaella. He took us to meet parts of the Palatine Forum that we had not seen before.

1.00After spending more than 300€ with them, they leave us lying when we arrive 3 MINUTES LATE trying to warn about it. NO ONE ANSWERS, by wassap AUTOMATIC ANSWERS referring to the Local Operator WHO ALSO DOES NOT ANSWER. We stayed at the gates of the Colosseum, unable to enter WITH TICKETS PAID. When managing the claim on return, PARRAFADA Y WASH YOUR HANDS. We just want it to be known, SO IT DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE after feeling SCAMMED.
