1.00We paid for a meet and greet airport transfer. Driver was not there and company told us to “get a coffee” because we’d have to wait for him to arrive. We had just completed a 15 hr flight and wanted to get to hotel. We had paid extra for the “meet and greet” to make sure driver would be there. We took an Uber and I asked for a refund. The company only gave us a small partial refund. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

5.00I made a mistake when booking and ended up realizing I booked the wrong date just hours before the scheduled pickup. Again - totally my mistake - I even confirmed that the incorrect date was correct. Within 30 mins after I realized my mistake and reached out to contact, the transfer was rescheduled and confirmed for the correct day with professional and kind communication. Driver met me less than 1 minute after I entered arrivals hall. Vehicle was parked steps away. Would highly recommend.
